I had the Holds and the Knife ones and they are some incredible stuff.
I took a couple classes with a trainer who was taught by Vasiliev and these techniques are very effective.
unlike other MA where techniques are repeated and you get belts, this helps you to learn to take punches safely and how to use your instincts to defend.
I highly recommend these. Watching doesn't do much you have to go DO it.
Lots of groups around the country to hookup with.
If you are in or visit Toronto Vasiliev's school is there and his fees are insanely inexpensive.

Thanks DJ. It looks like they're zipped (at least jZip opens the files with the .001 extensions, and it works fine).

I've started studying Systema with a friend and these are going to be very helpful.
